Abstract

Abstrack : Motivation to learn is the urge in man to make the process of change in behavior concerning aspects of knowledge, skills, and attitudes. The phenomena of weak motivation to learn based on interviews reveal any learning problems that arise related to the level of student motivation. To achieve student achievement as expected then to consider several factors that influence the motivation to learn among other things : the attitude and interests. The purpose of the study describes the factors that affect motivation to learn to student program study ners semester 7 STIKes Patria Husada Blitar. The study design was a descriptive survey method descriptive. Variable research is the independent variableis the attitude of learning with learning motivation and the dependent variable is the interest the motivation to learn. Place in STIKes Patria Husada Blitar on 24 August to 14 September 2015. Population of 28 student and sampling of 26 student, using techniques purposive sampling. Research results show motivation was as much as 74% (18 people), the attitude of the students in the study largely positive attitude as much as 86% (19 people), students interest in learning mostly have low interest as much 88% (23 people). Motivation results are expected to help improve student learning motivation to work with the faculty and institutions. Key words : learning motivation, attitude in learning and interest in learning
