Abstract

Habits in children in early childhood education is to play, when to play the children sometimes fall and cause injury, if the wound is not treated the wound will cause infection and fever. The first treatment is expected to reduce the risk of sustained fever on students. Lately, many parents who work until late afternoon and sent to school children in full day. The purpose of this study to determine Overview Knowledge Level Teacher of Penangana First In Cchildren Fever in early childhood Yaa Bunayya Kalipang Sutojayan and ABA II Blitar 2015. Desaign research is descriptive. With variable levels of knowledge about the handling of the first early childhood teachersthe child has a fever. Methods of data collection using sampling to total enclosed question naire with a sample of 15 respondents and conducted research on 8 to 18 June 2015 in early childhood and early childhood Yaa Bunayya Kalipang Sutojayan and ABA II Blitar. These result indicate level of knowledge of aerly childhood teachers Yaa Bunayya Kalipang Sutojayan about handling the first child fever in both categories by 55%, sufficient by 22% and less than 22%, whereas in early childhood ABA II Blitar knowledge eable enough about the first treatment in children febrile enough category by 83% and less than 16%. The level of knowledge about the handling of the first early childhood teachers on the chiid’s fever is influenced by educational factors. Results are expected to be used as a benchmark to improve teachers knowledge about first aid in children. Keywords: knowledge, fever, first handling.
