While the samples are total sampling. Analysis of data uses multiple linear regression. Conclusion, knowledge variable p = 0,000 (p <0,05) so it’s significant relationship between knowledge with 5 moments of Hand hygiene, motivation variable p = 0,000 (p <0,05) it is significant relationship between motivation and 5 moments of Hand hygiene. There is a meaningful relationship between knowledge and motivation 5 moments of Hand hygiene with probability value p <0.000. Results of this study is motivation variables have stronger influence, So the Committee of Prevention and Control Infection expected to provide training to improve motivation to all employees, especially health workers to improve handwashing behavior.
