Sampling uses total sampling with a sample of 17 respondents in the IGD at Mardi Waluyo Hospital Blitar. The research instruments used were questionnaires and observation sheets. Statistical test using spearman rho.The results of the statistical test between the knowledge variables with the application of triage obtained a value of p = 0.016. The attitude variable with the application of triage obtained a value of p = 0.031 and the knowledge variable with nurses' attitudes about triage obtained a value of p = 0.048. The variable correlation coefficient value above is in sequence (r = 0.572; 0.523; 486) which means there is a relationship between knowledge and application, attitude with application and knowledge with attitudes and positive relationships. Factors that influence the application of triage include knowledge and attitudes of nurses. Good knowledge will affect the attitude of nurses in carrying out triage. Good knowledge and attitude, the implementation of triage will also be good.
