Ketidakpatuhan pasien adalah menjadi fakor penyebab kegagalan minum obat TB paru. Peran perawat sangat penting dalam peningkatan patuh minum obat melalui proses interaksi. Dari hal tersebut maka perlu dikembangkan model intervensi keperawatan berbasis sistem interaksi untuk meningkatkan kepatuhan yaitu teori sistem interaksi King. Tujuan Penelitian adalah untuk menganalisis faktor yang kepatuhan minum obat TB Paru kategori 2 berbasis teori sistem interaksi King di Puskesmas Kabupaten Kediri. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Pengambilan sampel dengan teknik total sampling sebanyak 27 orang. Hasil uji regresi logistik diperoleh hasil pada sistem personal p = 0,039 pada sistem interpersonal p = 0,628 dan pada sistem sosial p = 0,192 sehingga berdasarkan nilai α = 0,05 menjelaskan bahwa nilai p < 0,05 adalah H0 ditolak sebaliknya bila nilai p > 0,05 maka H0 diterima, dapat disimpulkan bahwa pada sistem personal memiliki hubungan terhadap kepatuhan minum obat TB paru sedangkan pada sistem interpersonal dan sosial dari interaksi King menunjukan bahwa tidak terdapat hubungan yang signifikan terhadap kepatuhan minum obat TB paru. Disarankan sistem interaksi King mampu menjadi model peningkatan kepatuhan sehingga dapat diintegrasikan dalam clinical pathway pada pasien TB Paru di Poli Paru. The role of the nurse is very required in term of increasing compliance with take medicine, through the interacting process, thus need to be implemented model of maintenance based on interaction system in improving the compliance theory of king interaction system to improve compliance with King's interaction system theory, with the advantage of prioritizing active participation of patients in deciding goals, making decisions, and interactions to achieve goals. The purpose of the research is to analyse the factors that compliance medicine in the King’s interaction system theory in Kediri district Puskesmas. The research design used was descriptive analytic with cross sectional approach. Data collection was conducted using questionnaires. Sampling as many as 27 people with a total sampling techniques. Logistics regression test results on the personal system p = 0.039 on the interpersonal system p = 0.628 and on the social system p = 0.192 so that based on the value of α = 0.05. Which means indicating that the personal system has a associate with the medication compliance lung TB. It is recommended that the interaction system King is able to become obedient improvement model so that it can be integrated in clinical pathway at pulmonary TB patients in pulmonary room. It is recommended that King’s interaction system cam be a model in improving compliance taking medicine, thus able to be integrated in clinical pathway in lung TB patients in pulmonary poly.
